Using the fully digitalized control system, this analytical transmission electron microscope is able to automatically obtain 3D tomography images. The ORIUS SC200D CCD camera equipped on this TEM offers real-time viewing at high quality and large field of view. Also clear diffraction patterns including CBED are recordable without strong intensity streaks.
