Holography TEM
Holography TEM
HF-3300X
A 300 kV transmission electron microscope dedicated to electron holography studies.
The microscope has special functions including: (1) a double electron biprism system that independently controls fringe pitch and fringe numbers in holograms, (2) data acquisition in a negligible magnetic field, (3) superconductor coils that enable the application of a magnetic field in any desired direction, etc.
